What's live. What's returning. What we're building toward.

hexodic keeps its promises small and its vision loud — this page never mixes the two up.

Now: iOS beta

hexodic is playable in a private TestFlight beta today, with the public beta link and the App Store launch coming. The full rules engine and all six bot tiers run on-device — no account, no sign-in, no connection required to play the bots. Free, with cosmetic-only purchases.

Returning: online play

Online 1v1, rankings, and leaderboards are built and returning. The online stack ran in production during hexodic’s web phase and was deliberately parked while the game moves to its mobile-first footing; it comes back as the player base grows into it. Until it returns, this site will say “returning” — not “live”.

Vision: national bots

This is the part we’re most excited about, and it has not shipped — read it as intent, not inventory.

Every country gets a bot — trained by its own players’ games, playing in the style its own player base taught it, representing them in a standing competition between nations.

Your games already carry an optional, region-level country tag (and nothing finer) so that a national training pipeline is possible someday. The framing we’re committed to: national bots play for their countries, not against their neighbors — representation, not rivalry. When there’s something real to show here, it will move up this page from “vision” to “returning” to “now,” in that order and no faster.

How to read this page

Anything under Now you can verify by playing. Anything under Returning existed in production before and is being re-staged. Anything under Vision is a direction we’re building toward and will always be labeled as such — if a claim on this site ever feels ahead of reality, tell us and we’ll fix the claim, not the definition.
